United Kingdom (UK) husband R.S. and wife were traveling through Arizona in a rental car while on vacation when R.S. crossed the center line and collided head on with a car driven by S.K. As a result of the collision, S.K., R.S. and R.S.’s wife were killed. S.K.’s family initially retained a local attorney who valued the case at approximately $25,000. After S.K.’s family terminated the prior attorney, we were able to work with colleagues in the UK and in Arizona to settle the case for available rental car insurance policy limits of $499,995 plus a $100,000 contribution from the Estate of R.S. for a total settlement of $599,995
